NTLDR Error or NTLDR missing (Solved) Step by Step
- Turn on computer Insert the XP Bootable CD into CD Rom and when it ask to Press any Key to Boot from cd.. just press Enter key
2. when you get setup window press R to select to repair a windows XP Installation using recovery console .
3. now press 1 and ENTER to log on to windows installation .
4. Type the Administrator password ( Leave empty If it's blank just press Enter key ).
5. In command prompt(c:\windows>) type: copy x:i386ntldr c:
( In command X: is Your CD DRIVE Lettrt which you have already inserted the XP Bootable CD ).
6. Type : copy x:i386ntdetect.com c:
7. type: bootcfg /rebuild
8. Type: Y
9. Type: Windows XP Pro
10. Type: /fastdetect
11. At last Type: Exit
Now restarts Your computer remove xp cd . windows will boot normally .
